My process

With my education in business, social work and information, I approach problems by trying to find practical ways to balance viability, feasibility, and desirability. To understand what others desire, I tend to follow system and social learning theory. To help create more informed conceptual models, I draw from psychodynamic models. I believe research can be a powerful tool in providing clarity and create a foundation where teams can collaborate. When choosing the right research methods, I draw from market, design, and UX methododologies, but have a soft spot for usability tests, surveys, and ethnography.
